By accessing or using Gravton.ai (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Gravton.ai and its parent entities (“Gravton Labs,” "Gravton", “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Service Description
Gravton provides software and managed services that help law firms assess and improve their visibility on AI-powered search platforms. Gravton is not a legal services provider and does not offer legal advice, case evaluation, or attorney recommendations. All content, insights, and suggested actions are informational only.
No Advice or Guarantees
Nothing produced by Gravton—including audits, prompts, content drafts, rankings data, or recommendations—constitutes legal advice.
We do not guarantee outcomes, rankings, visibility improvements, client inquiries, or case results.
All content must be reviewed and approved by a licensed attorney before publication.
You agree that you are solely responsible for all decisions made based on the Platform’s outputs.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Platform to:
Violate any laws, legal advertising rules, or ethical guidelines
Misrepresent credentials, experience, or results
Publish false, misleading, or non-compliant content
Scrape or extract proprietary Gravton data without permission
Interfere with or disrupt platform functionality
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, servers, or data
Use the Platform to generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
We may suspend or terminate access if we determine that usage violates this AUP.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Ensuring all published content is accurate and attorney-approved
Maintaining compliance with local Bar advertising rules
Providing timely access to website, CMS, or analytics tools as needed
Protecting login credentials and account access
Intellectual Property
All software, data models, analyses, prompts, workflows, and materials created by Gravton remain the sole intellectual property of Gravton.ai and its parent entities. Clients receive a limited, revocable license to use Platform outputs for internal business purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Gravton is not liable for lost revenue, lost cases, or business interruption
Gravton is not liable for decisions made or content published by the client
Total aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior 90 days
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Ontario.
